We repair all brands, irrespective of where you have bought your bicycle.

Our mechanics will advice you personally about the options and prices. All your bicycle data will be digitally recorded. Later, the work will be carried out properly. We will lay out the replaced parts when returning your bike. The invoice includes a detailed list stating the date, time, work and spare parts. Transparency is a must.

Velo Zürich runs a big repair center for all kinds of bicycles of any type and size. Our staff is highly skilled, experienced, certified and trained regularly. Velo Zürich is set up for software updates, software corrections (patches) and for technical support from a high number of suppliers. Our 40m2 service center is fully equipped with comprehensive logistics and repairs competence from a wide range of brands from Bosch, Shimano STEPS, Panasonic, Stromer, Brose, BionX, Yamaha, Impuls, Acron and TransX to Speedped and many more.

Replacement Bicycle

During the repair period, we will provide you with a temporary bicycle for the following cost.

Onetime cost Fr. 30.- til 24h after the work is finish / Thereafter daily charge of Fr. 30.-

For bicycles that are bought in our store, you will get a free temporary bicycle for the duration of the repair.

Transportation Service

We will help you arrange a pick-up and delivery service for Fr. 140.- one way.

Pumpstation

We gladly help you pump your bicycle.
